Summary

We partnered with a developer needing to pre-sell homes to secure bank financing before construction began. By creating an immersive virtual reality experience, we allowed potential buyers to explore the homes in detail, generating excitement and confidence. As a result, the developer sold 14 out of 24 homes, surpassing their target and securing the necessary funding to start building.
